HEATER MATRIX

Service repair no - 80.20.29

Remove

1. Remove heater unit.

See this section.

2. Remove 2 screws securing duct to RH side of

heater. Remove duct.

3. Remove screw securing heater pipe bracket.
4. Remove 2 screws securing RH servo to heater

casing. Remove servo.

5. Release 2 clips securing matrix to heater.

Remove matrix and pipe assembly.

NOTE: Matrix has provision for 2 screws in
the event that the retaining clips break.

6. Remove 2 screws securing pipes to matrix.

Remove pipe assembly.

7. Remove and discard ’O’ rings from pipe

assembly.

Refit

8. Lubricate new ’O’ rings with anti freeze. Fit to

pipes.

9. Reverse removal procedure.
