REPAIR

15. Remove end cap from auxiliary belt tensioner

fulcrum. Collect ’O’ ring and discard.

16. Remove nut from FIP sprocket.
17. Remove centre bolt from LRT-12-119. Screw

body of tool onto FIP sprocket to retain sprocket
in position when pump is removed.

18. Remove 2 flange nuts and 1 support bolt

securing FIP to timing case.

19. Fit centre bolt to LRT-12-119. Press FIP from

sprocket.
