SRS HARNESS - SINGLE POINT SENSED SYSTEM

Service repair no - 76.73.73

The SRS harness is incorporated into the fascia
harness.

Remove

1. Raise the vehicle.

WARNING: Support on safety stands.

2. Remove battery.

3. Remove centre console.

BODY, Repair.

4. Remove passenger air bag module.

5. Remove radio.

See ELECTRICAL, Repair.

6. Remove instrument pack binnacle.

INSTRUMENTS, Repair.

7. Remove 5 screws securing switch pack to

fascia.

8. Disconnect switches, clock and temperature

sensor. Remove switch pack.

9. Remove 4 screws securing heater control panel.

10. Disconnect multiplugs. Remove control panel.
11. Release door aperture seal adjacent to A post

lower trim panels.

12. Driver’s side - LHD automatic vehicles only:

Remove 3 bolts securing foot rest. Remove foot
rest.
