RH BRAKE CONNECTION PIPE - R R
Removing
Position the vehicle on a lift.
Make sure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the negative battery terminal (-)

Proceed with the removal
Op. 1040A70 SUBMERGED PUMP ASSEMBLY COMPLETE WITH LEVEL GUAGE CONTROL - R + R.
Proceed with the removal
Op. 1040A30 OIL SEAL COVER, FLY WHEEL SIDE - R + R AND REPLACE SEALS.
Release the handbrake boot and remove it.
Proceed with the removal
Op. 1076B20 REAR EXHAUST SILENCER - R + R.
Proceed with the removal
Op. 1076B30 FRONT EXHAUST SILENCER - R + R.
Proceed with the removal
Op. 1040A10 FUEL TANK - R + R AND DECANT FUEL.
1. Release the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake from the underbody fastenings.
2. Undo the connector (2a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right front brake (2b), fitting side.
1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake (1b), right rear brake side.
Remove the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake.
Refitting
Replace the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake.
1. Connect the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake (1a), right rear brake side and tighten the connector (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Fasten the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake to the underbody fastenings.

Proceed with the refitting
Op. 1040A30 OIL SEAL COVER, FLY WHEEL SIDE - R + R AND REPLACE SEALS.
Proceed with the refitting
Op. 1040A70 SUBMERGED PUMP ASSEMBLY COMPLETE WITH LEVEL GUAGE CONTROL - R + R.
Proceed with the refitting
Op. 0010T64 BRAKE AND OR CLUTCH FLUID CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP AS NECESSARY.
Proceed with the refitting
Op. 0010T65 HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM BLEED AIR.
Adjust handbrake lever travel
Op. 3380A04 HANDBRAKE - CHECK TRAVEL.
Place the handbrake lever boot in position.
Proceed with the refitting
Op. 7055B45 RIGHT HAND REAR SUPPLEMENTARY WHEEL ARCH - R+R.
Proceed with the refitting
Op. 4450B08 RIGHT REAR WHEEL R R.
Connect the negative battery terminal (-).
Remove the vehicle from the lift.
Removing
Position the vehicle on a lift.
Make sure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the negative battery terminal (-)

Top up the brake-clutch fluid level
Op. 0010T64 BRAKE AND OR CLUTCH FLUID CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP AS NECESSARY.
Bleed the air from the hydraulic braking system
Op. 0010T65 HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM BLEED AIR.
Adjust handbrake lever travel
Op. 3380A04 HANDBRAKE - CHECK TRAVEL.
Connect the negative battery terminal (-).
Remove the vehicle from the lift.
Removing
Position the vehicle on a lift.
Make sure that the ignition key is in the OFF position, then disconnect the negative battery terminal (-)

Op. 1040A10 FUEL TANK - R + R AND DECANT FUEL.
1. Release the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake from the underbody fastenings.
2. Undo the connector (2a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right front brake (2b), fitting side.
1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake (1b), right rear brake side.
Remove the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake.
Refitting
Replace the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake.
1. Connect the rigid pipe from the fitting to the right rear brake (1a), right rear brake side and tighten the connector (1b) to the recommended torque.
