Removing

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.

Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R

Op. 7055B91 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R.

- Undo the nut and disconnect the band (1a), disconnect the band from the turbocharger (1b) and remove the turbocharger rigid air pipe (1c).

- Undo the retaining bolts (1a) and remove the flywheel guard (1b).

- Fit the flywheel lock.

- Undo bolts (1a) and remove the auxiliary shaft drive pulley (1b).

Refitting

- Fit the auxiliary shaft drive pulley and tighten the fixing bolt to torque using the angular tightening tool.

Apply LOCTITE thread locking agent to the pulley fixing bolt.

- Remove the flywheel lock fitted previously.

- Fit the engine flywheel guard and tighten the retaining bolts.

- Fit the rigid turbocharger air pipe and connect it to the turbocharger.

- Tighten the nut and fasten the rigid turbo air pipe to the flexible pipe using the band.

- Place the crankshaft pulley in position and tighten the fixing bolts to torque.

1. Undo the retaining bolts.

2. Remove the crankshaft pulley.

Refitting

Position the crankshaft service pulley in its seat.

Tighten the fixing bolts to the recommended torque.

- Posizionare un'' attrezzo fermavolano sul volano.

- Undo bolts (1a) and remove the auxiliary shaft drive pulley (1b).

Refitting

- Fit the auxiliary shaft drive pulley and tighten the fixing bolt to torque using the angular tightening tool.

Apply LOCTITE thread locking agent to the pulley fixing bolt.

- Remove the flywheel lock fitted previously.

- Fit the engine flywheel guard and tighten the retaining bolts.

- Fit the rigid turbocharger air pipe and connect it to the turbocharger.

- Tighten the nut and fasten the rigid turbo air pipe to the flexible pipe using the band.
