ALARM SIREN NOT WORKING

When the alarm is operated the siren does not emit auditory signals

The auditory signals may or may not be activated, according to the various country modes (see DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION: 5580E anti-theft device).

1	CHECK WITH DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT	All OK	Problems met	Operation
		Results of the tests
	Connect the diagnostic equipment (Examiner or other instruments) to the diagnostic socket Check, in order: no faults in the alarm control unit no faults in the alarm receiver	Continue to Step 2	Error detected in the control unit or receiver	Continue according to the instructions for the diagnostic equipment
		Continue to Step 2	Dialogue failure for diagnostic equipment between the control unit and the receiver	Restore the connection between the control unit and the diagnostic connector ( See E7015 ALARM).
2	ACTIVE DIAGNOSIS WITH DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT	All OK	Problems met	Operation
	With the diagnostic equipment (Examiner or other instruments) carry out the active diagnosis of the operation of the siren	Continue to Step 3	Siren not activated	Check and, if necessary, replace the alarm control unit Op. 5580E46.
3	CHECKING CORRECT OPERATION	All OK	Problems met	Operation
