TYRE WEAR

1	TYRE WEAR CHECK	All OK	Problems met	Operation
		Results of the tests
	Check the tyres for wear. In particular: wear on the outside; wear on the inside; wear of the tyre wall; wear of the tread	Continue to Step 4	Even wear on both sides: inflation pressure low	Restore the tyre inflation pressures If necessary, replace the tyres Op. 4450B21
			Uneven wear on one side (outside or inside)	Continue to Step 2
			Wear on the outside: outside smooth	Continue to Step 3
			Wear of the tyre walls	The problem is due to the customer's driving style which is too 'sporty': if necessary, replace the tyres Op. 4450B21
			Wear of the centre of the tread: inflation pressure too high	Restore the tyre inflation pressures If necessary, replace the tyres Op. 4450B21
			Even wear of the tread surface: quality of the mixture	Replace the tyres Op. 4450B21
			Wear of the tread in patches: locking of the wheels during braking	Replace the tyres Op. 4450B21
2	TOE IN CHECK	All OK	Problems met	Operation
	Check that the toe in is correct	Continue to Step 4	Toe in not correct	Restore the correct toe in, if necessary, replace the tyres Op. 4450B21
3	CAMBER CHECK	All OK	Problems met	Operation
	Check that the camber is correct	Continue to Step 4	Camber not correct	Restore the correct camber, if necessary, replace the tyres Op. 4450B21
4	SHOCK ABSORBER EFFICIENCY CHECK	All OK	Problems met	Operation
	Check the efficiency of the shock absorbers	Continue to Step 5	Front shock absorbers not working properly	Replace the shock absorbers Op. 4410A12. If necessary, replace the tyres
	Check the efficiency of the shock absorbers	Continue to Step 5	Rear shock absorbers not working properly	Replace the shock absorbers Op. 4420A30. If necessary, replace the tyres
5	CHECK ON CORRECT OPERATION	All OK	Problems met	Operation
	Check that the fault is no longer present		Fault persists	Search for the fault starting from another symptom'
