Proceed with the removal

Op. 1048A59 PIPE from flow meter to throttle casing hose - R.R..

Proceed with the removal

Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R.

Proceed with the removal

Op. 5530B52 BATTERY DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R..

1. Cnnect the tool to the brake/clutch fluid reservoir.

2. Open the protective cover.

3. Connect the recovery device (pipe and tank) to the clutch hydraulic actuator fitting.

4. Raise the retaining clip (4a) until the first click is heard and remove pipe (4b) by a sufficient amount to uncover the bleed hole.

5. Open the fluid reservoir tap slowly.

Wait for all the air in the hydraulic system to escape.

Fit the pipe fully home in its seat on the hydraulic clutch actuator and secure with the retaining clip.

Close the protective cover.

Remove the recovery device.

Remove the bleed equipment.

Check that the cluch disengages and that the gears engage properly.

Check the fluid level in the brake - clutch reservoir is correct.

Proceed with the refitting

Proceed with the refitting

1. Cnnect the tool to the brake/clutch fluid reservoir.

Proceed with the removal

Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R.

Proceed with the removal

Op. 5530B52 BATTERY DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R..

2. Remove protective cap (2a) and connect recovery device (2b) to the clutch slave cylinder bleed fitting.

3. Open the bleed valve on the clutch slave cylinder.

4. Open the fluid reservoir tap slowly.

Wait for all the air in the hydraulic system to escape.

Close the bleed valve on the clutch slave cylinder and refit the protective cap in its seat.

Remove the recovery device.

Remove the bleed equipment.

Proceed with the refitting

Proceed with the refitting

Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R.

Check that the cluch disengages and that the gears engage properly.

Check the fluid level in the brake - clutch reservoir is correct.

Proceed with removal Refer to op. 1016A10 SOUNDPROOFING COVER - R&R

1. Cnnect the tool to the brake/clutch fluid reservoir.

Proceed with the removal

Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R.

Proceed with the removal

Op. 5530B52 BATTERY DRIP TRAY/SUPPORT - R.R..

2. Remove protective cap (2a) and connect recovery device (2b) to the clutch slave cylinder bleed fitting.

3. Open the bleed valve on the clutch slave cylinder.

4. Open the fluid reservoir tap slowly.

Wait for all the air in the hydraulic system to escape.

Close the bleed valve on the clutch slave cylinder and refit the protective cap in its seat.

Remove the recovery device.

Remove the bleed equipment.

Proceed with the refitting

Check that the cluch disengages and that the gears engage properly.

Check the fluid level in the brake - clutch reservoir is correct.

Proceed with refitting Refer to op. 1016A10 SOUNDPROOFING COVER - R&R

1.8 T.SPARK

• Connect the tool to the brake/clutch fluid reservoir.

• Open the protective cover.

2. Connect the recovery device (pipe and reservoir) to the clutch hydraulic actuator fitting.

3. Raise the retaining clip (3a) until the first click is heard and remove pipe (3b) by a sufficient amount to uncover the bleed hole.

4. Open the fluid reservoir tap slowly.

• Wait for all the air in the hydraulic system to escape.
• Fit the pipe fully home in its seat on the hydraulic clutch actuator and secure with the retaining clip.
• Close the protective cover.

• Remove the recovery device.
• Remove the bleed equipment.

• Check that the cluch disengages and that the gears engage properly.
• Check the fluid level in the brake - clutch reservoir is correct.
