CLIMATE CONTROL RECIRCULATION AUTOMATIC MODE NOT WORKING

The recirculation is not closed in automatic mode when there is pollutaion.

Check:

  • that the flap works when the recirculation button is pressed

Connect the examiner and check for errors at the climate control node.

Carry out the recirculation motor test in active diagnosis

If it is not activated, check the recirculation motor wiring

Connect the Examiner diagnostic equipment:

  • check that the recirculation flap is working properly in automatic mode by selecting active diagnosis and carrying out the 'pollution sensor test'.
  • If the result is negative, carry out See Test 5040DD Check on pollution sensor signal

Check that the recirculation flap is working properly by carrying out the 'pollution sensor test' again with the Examiner in Active Diagnosis
