Operation 1008A46 · Power unit fastenings

1.2 8v

Removing

Proceed with removal - 1008B10 power unit front mount (timing side) flexible block - replace.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the gearbox side rigid power unit support (1b).

Removing

Proceed with removal - 1008B10 power unit front mount (timing side) flexible block - replace.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the gearbox side rigid power unit support (1b).

Removing

Proceed with removal - 1008B10 power unit front mount (timing side) flexible block - replace.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the gearbox side rigid power unit support (1b).

1.3 JTD

Removing

Proceed with removal - 1008B10 power unit front mount (timing side) flexible block - replace.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the air conditioning pipe mounting brackets to the timing side rigid engine support.

1.2 8v

Refitting

1. Refit the timing side power unit rigid support (1a) in its seating and tighten the bolts (1b) to the specified torque.

Refitting

1. Refit the timing side power unit rigid support (1a) in its seating and tighten the bolts (1b) to the specified torque.

1. Refit the timing side power unit rigid support (1a) in its seating and tighten the bolts (1b) to the specified torque.

1.3 JTD

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the timing side rigid engine support (1b) complete with engine lifting bracket (1c).

Proceed with refitting - 1008B10 power unit front mount (timing side) flexible block - replace.

1.2 16v

Proceed with refitting - 1008B10 power unit front mount (timing side) flexible block - replace.

1.4 16v

Proceed with refitting - 1008B10 power unit front mount (timing side) flexible block - replace.

1.3 JTD

Refitting

1. Place the timing side rigid engine support (1a), complete with engine lifting bracket (1b), in position and secure it tightening the bolts (1c) to the recommended torque.

Tighten the bolts fixing the air conditioning pipe mounting brackets to the timing side rigid engine support.

Proceed with refitting - 1008B10 power unit front mount (timing side) flexible block - replace.
