Composition

2.4 JTD 20V

STRUCTURE

(See assembly ) 1080B

There is a flexible element (3) in the front section of the exhaust pipe to restrict the transmission of vibrations.

The rear section of the exhaust comprises an intermediate pipe (4) and the rear silencer (5).

Special guards prevent heat radiating toward the body.

The various components are supported by means of supports (6) and flexible seals (7) fastened to the underbody.

Composition

3.0 V6, 3.2 V6

STRUCTURE

Engine exhaust gases flow into the triple manifolds (1) with integral catalytic converters and then on to catalytic converter unit (3) through two exhaust pipes (2).

The exhaust pipe front sections contain two flexbiel elements (4) to limit vibration transmission.

The rear exhaust pipe section consists of two silencers (5).

Special guards prevent heat radiating toward the body.

The various components are supported by mounts and flexible rings secured to the underbody.

Composition

2.0 TB

STRUCTURE

The engine exhaust gases flow through the catalyzer upstream of the exhaust pipe.

The catalyzer is connected to the rear section of the exhaust via a flexible section (1).

Special protection (2) limits the emission of heat to the bodyshell.

The various components are supported by means of mountings (3) and circlips (4) fastened to the bodyshell.

Composition

STRUCTURE

The engine exhaust gases flow through the manifold to the turbocharger and then via a pipe (1) to the oxidizing catalytic converter (2) [DF 1080B].

STRUCTURE.

Engine exhaust gas flows through the catalytic converter upstream of the exhaust pipe.

The catalytic converter is connected to the rear of the exhaust pipe by means of a flexible section (1).

Special protections (2) limit heat radiation to the body.

The various components are supported by mounts (3) and flexible loops (4) secured to the body.
