2.0 16V JTD

Removing

See

Op. 1088B10 ENGINE COOLANT SUPPLY RESERVOIR - R.R.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the reaction rod to the bodyshell and to the power unit rigid support.

2. Remove the power unit reaction rod.

Refitting

Fit the engine reaction rod in the housing in the engine.

Tighten the bolts fixing the reaction rod to the bodyshell and to the power unit rigid support to torque.

Op. 0010T21 ENGINE COOLANT - CHECK DENSITY AND CHANGE, IF NECESSARY

3.0 24V V6

Removing

Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 5010B18 CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT AIR INTAKE - R.R.

See

Op. 5050B34 WINDSCREEN WIPER ARM/S COMPLETE WITH BLADE - R+R

1. Undo the fixing bolt (1a), undo the fixing bolt (1b) and remove the upper power unit reaction rod (1c).

Refitting

Fit the upper power unit reaction rod and tighten the bolt fixing it to the bodyshell to the recommended torque.

Tighten the fixing bolt on the engine support to the recommended torque.

Connect the negative battery terminal.

Removing

Op. 1088B10 ENGINE COOLANT SUPPLY RESERVOIR - R.R.

1. Undo retaining bolts (1a) and remove the upper power unit reaction rod (1b).

Refitting

1. Fit the upper power unit reaction link (1a) and tighten retaining bolts (1a) and (1c) to torque.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the reaction rod to the bodyshell and to the power unit rigid support.

2. Remove the power unit reaction rod.

Refitting

Fit the engine reaction rod in the housing in the engine.

Tighten the bolts fixing the reaction rod to the bodyshell and to the power unit rigid support to torque.
