2.0 16V JTD

Removing

Position the vehicle on a lift.

Raise the vehicle.

Lower the vehicle.

Op. 1008A46 POWER UNIT RIGID SUPPORT - TIMING SIDE - R.R.

Loosen the upper bolts fixing the timing belt guard.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the bracket to the engine.

2. Remove the bracket on the engine for the reaction rod.

Refitting

Fit the bracket on the engine for the reaction rod.

Tighten the fixing bolts to torque.

1. Undo bolts (1a) and remove the bracket on the engine for the reaction rod (1b).

Refitting

- Fit the bracket on the engine for the reaction rod and tighten the fixing bolts to the recommended torque.
