Removing

Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R

- Undo the four bolts fixing the wheel arch liners.

1. Undo the bolts securing the front bumper to the radiator supporting crossmember.

2. Move the bumper aside, undo the bolts fixing the brackets (2a) for the power assisted steering fluid pipe and move it aside, then undo the bolts fixing the crossmember (2b).

3. Remove the radiator supporting crossmember.

Refitting

- Fit the radiator supporting crossmember and tighten the bolts fixing the crossmember to the bodyshell.

- Tighten the fixing bolts to torque.

- Tighten the bolt fixing the power assisted steering pipe mounting brackets.

- Tighten the bolts securing the front bumper to the crossmember.

- Tighten the bolts fixing the wheel arch liners.

Removing

- Undo the four bolts fixing the wheel arch liners.

1. Undo the bolts securing the front bumper to the radiator supporting crossmember.

2. Move the bumper aside, undo the bolts fixing the brackets (2a) for the power assisted steering fluid coolant pipe and move it aside, then undo the bolts fixing the crossmember (2b).

3. Remove the radiator supporting crossmember.

Refitting

- Fit the radiator supporting crossmember and tighten the bolts fixing the crossmember to the bodyshell.

- Tighten the fixing bolts to torque.

- Tighten the bolt fixing the brackets securing the power assisted steering cooling pipe.

- Tighten the bolts securing the front bumper to the crossmember.

- Tighten the bolts fixing the wheel arch liners..

- Undo the four bolts fixing the wheel arch liners.

1. Undo the bolts securing the front bumper to the radiator supporting crossmember.

2. Move the bumper aside, undo the bolts fixing the brackets (2a) for the power assisted steering fluid pipe and move it aside, then undo the bolts fixing the crossmember (2b).

3. Remove the radiator supporting crossmember.

Refitting

- Fit the radiator supporting crossmember and tighten the bolts fixing the crossmember to the bodyshell.

- Tighten the fixing bolts to torque.

- Tighten the bolt fixing the power assisted steering fluid brackets.

- Tighten the bolts securing the front bumper to the crossmember.

- Tighten the bolts fixing the wheel arch liners.
