Removing

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Op. 5010B18 CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT AIR INTAKE - R.R.

Op. 5050B34 WINDSCREEN WIPER ARM/S COMPLETE WITH BLADE - R+R

Op. 7210E22 WINDSCREEN BASE TRIM

1. Disconnect the electrical connection from the engine coolant level sensor.

2. Rotate the level sensor through 90 degrees and remove it from the engine coolant supply reservoir.

Refitting

- Position the coolant level sensor on the engine coolant supply reservoir and secure it by rotating through 90°.

- Connect the electrical connection to the engine coolant level sensor.

- Connect the negative battery terminal.

2.0 16V JTD

Removing

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

1. Loosen the bolt fixing the engine coolant reservoir and move it forwards towards the mechanic.

2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the coolant level sensor.

3. Undo it by around 90° in an anti-clockwise direction and remove the coolant level sensor.

Refitting

- Tighten the coolant level sensor in the housing on the coolant reservoir.

- Connect the electrical connection for the coolant level sensor.

- Tighten the bolt fixing the coolant reservoir.

- Connect the negative battery terminal.

2.2 16V JTD

Removing

- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

1. Loosen the bolt fixing the engine coolant reservoir and move it forwards towards the mechanic.

2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the coolant level sensor.

3. Undo the coolant level sensor by around 90° in an anti-clockwise direction and remove it.

Refitting

- Tighten the coolant level sensor in the housing on the coolant reservoir.

- Connect the electrical connection for the coolant level sensor.

- Tighten the bolt fixing the coolant reservoir.

- Connect the negative battery terminal.
