Removing

- 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace

- 1056B50 coolant temperature sensor - r + r

- 1056B14 throttle case - r + r

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the air temperature sensor.

2. Disconnect the electrical connection from the fuel vapour recovery solenoid.

3. Disconnect the rapid attachment coupling for the fuel vapour recover pipe.

4. Open the fastening band (4a) and disconnect the single-acting valve pipe (4b).

5. Undo the fixing nuts (5a) and remove the intake manifold (5b).

- 1056B50 coolant temperature sensor - r + r

- 1056B14 throttle case - r + r

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the air temperature sensor.

2. Disconnect the electrical connection from the fuel vapour recovery solenoid.

3. Disconnect the rapid attachment coupling for the fuel vapour recover pipe.

4. Open the fastening band (4a) and disconnect the pipe (4b) for the single-acting valve.

5. Undo the fixing nuts (5a) and remove the intake manifold (5b).

Refitting

Fit the intake manifold in place and tighten the fixing nuts to the recommended torque.

Connect the electrical connection for the air temperature sensor.

Connect the electrical connection from the fuel vapour recovery solenoid.

Connect the pipe for the single-acting valve and renew the fastening band.

Connect the rapid attachment for the fuel vapour recovery pipe.

- 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace

Refitting

Fit the intake manifold in place and tighten the fixing nuts to the recommended torque.

Connect the electrical connection for the air temperature sensor.

Connect the electrical connection from the fuel vapour recovery solenoid.

Connec the pipe for the single-acting valve and renew the fastening band.

Connect the rapid attachment for the fuel vapour recovery pipe.
