Removing

- 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace

- 1072C44 exhaust manifold heat shield on bulkhead - r+r

- 1076B20 rear exhaust silencer - r + r

- 1076B40 CENTRE exhaust PIPE - R.R.

1. Undo the fixing nuts (1a), disconnect the electrical connections (1b) for the Lambda sensors and remove the exhaust manifold (1c).

Remove the gaskets underneath.

Removing

- 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace

- 1072C44 exhaust manifold heat shield on bulkhead - r+r

- 1076B20 rear exhaust silencer - r + r

- 1076B40 CENTRE exhaust PIPE - R.R.

1. Undo the fixing nuts (1a), disconnect the electrical connections (1b) for the Lambda sensors and remove the exhaust manifold (1c).

Remove the gaskets underneath.

Refitting

Fit new gaskets.

Fit the exhaust manifold in place on the single cylinder head and tighten the fixing nuts to the recommended torque.

Connect the Lambda probe electrical connections.

- 1072C44 exhaust manifold heat shield on bulkhead - r+r

- 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace

Refitting

Fit new gaskets.

Fit the exhaust manifold in place on the single cylinder head and tighten the fixing nuts to the recommended torque.

Connect the Lambda probe electrical connections.
