Position a suitable container to collect the coolant.

1. Disconnect the lower radiator side hose (1b), working on the fastening clip (1a) and drain the system.

Removing

Position a suitable container to collect the coolant.

1. Disconnect the lower radiator side hose (1b), working on the fastening clip (1a), and drain the system.

1. Open the fastening band (1a) and disconnect the upper cooling system hose (1b) from the radiator.

1. Open the fastening band (1a) and disconnect the upper cooling system hose (1b) from the radiator.

1. Undo the upper bumper (1b) fixing bolts (1a).

Take great care not to damage the paintwork.

1. Undo the upper bumper (1b) fastening bolts (1a).

Take great care not to damage the paintwork.

Move away slightly taking great care over the upper part of the bumper.

1. Remove the upper radiator fastening clips.

Move aside slightly taking great care over the upper part of the bumper.

1. Remove the upper radiator fastening clips.

1. Release the engine cooling radiator and remove it.

1.2 8v

1. Release the engine cooling radiator and remove it.

Refitting

Fit the engine cooling radiator in place and renew the upper fastenings using the retaining clips.

Tighten the upper bumper fixing bolts.

Connect the coolant hoses to the radiator and refit the fastening bands.

Refitting

Fit the engine cooling radiator in position and restore the upper fastenings using the securing clips.

Tighten the upper bumper fixing bolts.

Connect the coolant hoses to the radiator and refit the fastening bands.
