INTRODUCTION - COOLANT TEMPERATURE CONTROL DEVICES
FAN
The two-speed cooling fan makes it possible to increase heat dissipation by the engine and/or the air conditioning system.
The fan is controlled by the fuel injection E.C.U. in accordance with a strategy for heat dissipation and maintenance of working temperature (for operating logic, see 1056)
ELECTRIC FAN
The two speed electric cooling fan makes it possible to increase the dissipation of the heat from the radiator and/or the air conditioning system condenser.
It is controlled directly by the injection control unit in accordance with a specific operating sequence (see 1056).
FANS
The two-speed electric cooling fans increase the heat dissipation capacity of the radiator and/or air conditioning condenser.
They are controlled directly by the injection control unit in accordance with a specific operating logic
See descriptions 1060 DIESEL INJECTION SYSTEM
The two speed electric cooling fan makes it possible to increase the dissipation of the heat from the radiator and/or the air conditioning system condenser.
It is controlled directly by the injection control unit in accordance with a specific operating sequence (see 1056).
FAN
The three-speed cooling fan increases the heat dissipation capacity of the radiator and/or air conditioning condenser.
It is driven directly by the injection control unit on the basis of a specific operating strategy.
