REVERSING LIGHTS - FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
The switch for the reversing lights I20 receives a supply controlled by the ignition (INT) from the fuse line F35 of the junction unit under the dashboard B2.
When reverse gear is engaged, the switch closes and sends a power supply to the reversing light in the left rear light cluster (moving section) F35, directly via the junction unit B2 from pin 7 of connector D.
The activation signal for the reversing light is also sent to the Body Computer M1 - pin 3 of connector F - and from there to the steering column switch unit H5, for the automatic engagement of the rearscreen wiper.
See E3021 REAR WINDOW WASH/WIPE
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
The switch for the reversing lights I20 receives a supply controlled by the ignition (INT) from the fuse line F35 of the junction unit under the dashboard B2.
When reverse gear is engaged, the automatic transmission control unit M55 sends the reverse gear engaged signal from pin 13 of connector A to relay T20 in the engine compartment junction unit B1, which sends the power supply to the reversing light in the right rear light cluster, moving section, F36, directly via junction unit B2, from pin 7 of connector D.
The activation signal for the reversing light is also sent to the Body Computer M1 - pin 3 of connector F - and from there to the steering column switch unit H5, for the automatic engagement of the rearscreen wiper.
