SUN ROOF MOTOR NOISY

1	CHECK THE CORRECT FASTENING OF THE ELECTRIC MOTOR	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Check that the bolts fixing the motor are correctly tightened	Move on to Step 2	Incorrect tightening of retaining bolts.	Restore correct fastening to a torque of 2.3 +/- 0.6 Nm.
2	CHECK THE CORRECT OPERATION OF THE SUNROOF MOTOR	ALL OK	PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED	ACTION
	Check the operation of the sun-roof operating motor: In particular, check: motor pinion status; control rack status.	End of diagnosis	Faults in motor components.	Move the sunroof to closed position and remove the motor. Refit the new motor in the same position, avoiding any possible misalignment between the two bowden cables.
