Removing

- 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace

- 5510C30 engine timing sensor - r+r

- 4450B04 right front wheel r r

1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the top timing cover (1b).

Removing

- 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace

- 5510C30 engine timing sensor - r+r

- 4450B04 right front wheel r r

1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the top timing cover (1b).

Removing

- 5510C30 engine timing sensor - r+r

- 4450B04 right front wheel r r

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the timing gear top cover (1b).

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the timing gear top cover (1b).

- 1092B60 alternator drive belt - r + r

- 1092A10 Crankshaft services PULLEY - R.R.

1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the bottom timing cover (1b).

1.1 · Air Conditioner

- 5510C26 rpm sensor - r+r

- 1092B40 air conditioner compressor/alternator drive belt - r + r

- 1092A12 crankshaft pulley - r+r for versions with air conditioner

1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the bottom timing cover (1b).

- 5510C26 rpm sensor - r+r

- 1092B60 alternator drive belt - r + r

- 1092A10 Crankshaft services PULLEY - R.R.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the timing gear bottom cover (1b).

- 5510C26 rpm sensor - r+r

- 1092B40 air conditioner compressor/alternator drive belt - r + r

- 1092A12 crankshaft pulley - r+r for versions with air conditioner

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the timing gear bottom cover (1b).

Refitting

Fit the bottom timing cover and tighten the fixing bolts.

- 1092A10 Crankshaft services PULLEY - R.R.

- 1092B60 alternator drive belt - r + r

- 1092B64 alternator drive belt - adjust tension

- 5510C26 rpm sensor - r+r

Fit the top timing cover and tighten the fixing bolts.

- 4450B04 right front wheel r r

- 5510C30 engine timing sensor - r+r

- 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace

Refitting

Fit the bottom timing cover and tighten the fixing bolts.

- 1092A12 crankshaft pulley - r+r for versions with air conditioner

- 1092B40 air conditioner compressor/alternator drive belt - r + r

- 5510C26 rpm sensor - r+r

Fit the top timing cover and tighten the fixing bolts.

- 4450B04 right front wheel r r

- 5510C30 engine timing sensor - r+r

- 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace

Refitting

Fit the timing gear bottom cover and tighten the bolts.

- 1092A10 Crankshaft services PULLEY - R.R.

- 1092B60 alternator drive belt - r + r

- 1092B64 alternator drive belt - adjust tension

- 5510C26 rpm sensor - r+r

Fit the timing gear top cover and tighten the fixing bolts.

- 4450B04 right front wheel r r

- 5510C30 engine timing sensor - r+r

- 1048A10 air cleaner filtering element - replace
