Start the car and let it warm up until the radiator cooling fan has come on twice.

Position the vehicle on a lift.

Proceed with the removal

Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R.

Proceed with the removal

Op. 1076B18 RIGID SECTION OF EXHAUST PIPE BETWEEN CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND SILENCER - R + R.

Proceed with the removal

Op. 1084A42 ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE SENDER UNIT - R + R.

1. Fit the engine oil pressure warning light switch in the housing.

2. Fit the pressure gauge.

Start up the engine only for long enought to check that the engine lubrication system supply pressure is within the recommended values.

Remove the pressure gauge.

Remove the tool.

Proceed with the refitting

Op. 1084A42 ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE SENDER UNIT - R + R.

Proceed with the refitting

Op. 1076B18 RIGID SECTION OF EXHAUST PIPE BETWEEN CATALYTIC CONVERTER AND SILENCER - R + R.

Proceed with the refitting

Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R.

Remove the vehicle from the lift. [PA1]

3.2 V6

Let the engine warm up (engine oil temperature (~ 90°C).

Proceed with the removal

Op. 7055B54 UNDER-ENGINE GUARD - R R.

Proceed with the removal

Op. 1084B30 ENGINE OIL FILTER R R.

Proceed with the removal

Op. 1084A42 ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE SENDER UNIT - R + R.

1. Fit the insufficient engine oil pressure warning light switch in the housing.

2. Fit the pressure gauge.

Temporarily fit the engine oil filter.

Start up the engine only for long enough to check that the engine oil pressure is within the recommended values.

Remove the engine oil filter

Remove the pressure gauge.

Remove the tool.

Proceed with the refitting

Proceed with the refitting

Op. 1084B30 ENGINE OIL FILTER R R.

Proceed with the refitting

Remove the pressure gauge.

Remove the tool.

Proceed with the refitting

Proceed with the refitting

Remove the vehicle from the lift. [PA1]

1.8 T.SPARK

• Let the engine warm up (oil temperature ~ 90°C).
• Op. 1072C44 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD ON BULKHEAD - R+R
• Op. 1080B40 CATALYTIC PRE-CONVERTER - R R
• Op. 1084A42 ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE SENDER UNIT - R + R

1. Fit the insufficient engine oil pressure warning light switch in the housing.

2. Fit the pressure gauge

• Op. 1080B40 CATALYTIC PRE-CONVERTER - R R
• Start up the engine only for long enough to check that the engine oil pressure is within the recommended values.

• Op. 1080B40 CATALYTIC PRE-CONVERTER - R R
• Remove the pressure gauge.
• Remove the tool.

• Op. 1084A42 ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE SENDER UNIT - R + R
• Op. 1080B40 CATALYTIC PRE-CONVERTER - R R
• Op. 1072C44 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD ON BULKHEAD - R+R
