it is not possible to connect with telephone operators

0PRELIMINARY CHECKSALL OKPROBLEMS ENCOUNTEREDACTION

Do not carry out the checks with the customer''s SIM card. Carry out the test using a dedicated SIM card that is proved to have been working on other vehicles

Check the intensity of the range received reading the number of bars on the display

Check the electrical connection of the GSM aerial lead

Check whether the GSM aerial is working by replacing it with a test one

Move on to Step 11.Poor reception in the area through lack of radio signal cover1.Move to an area covered by the radio signal

  • That the microphone for the hands-free function is working properly
  • Check that there are no microphone vibrations
