The amount of oil required for refilling the reservoir completely is 600 cc.

The quantity of oil required for refilling the hydraulic system and the reservoir is 700 cc.

The check in question is carried out with the oil at ambient temperature (engine cold).

Turn the ignition key to the ON position.

Make 10 gear changes with the engine switched off (this operation is necessary to collect any traces of oil through recirculation).

Connect the Examiner Plus or Smart diagnostic equipment.

Select the 'accumulator depressurisation' service and run.

The robotised gearbox reservoir (in the engine compartment) will be full of fluid as a result of the above command.

Open the bonnet and check the oil level using the reference marks on the reservoir, after first removing the aluminium cover.

If the fluid level is below the MAX mark, note the amount of fluid required to top up.
