Removing

- 5530B10 battery - r+r

- 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.

1. Disconnect the electrical connections for the engine management control unit.

2. Undo the fixing bolt (2a) and disconnect the earth lead (2b).

Removing

- 5530B56 BATTERY DRIP TRAY COVER - R.R.

1. Disconnect the electrical connections for the engine management control unit.

2. Undo the fixing bolt (2a) and disconnect the earth lead (2b) for the engine management control unit.

All versions

1. Undo the bolts fixing the battery cage.

2. Lift the battery cage.

3. Open the fastening clips (3a) and release the wiring (3b) from the battery cage.

4. Remove the battery cage complete with engine management control unit.

1. Undo the bolts fixing the battery cage.

2. Lift the battery cage.

3. Open the fastening clips (3a) and release the wiring (3b) from the battery cage.

4. Remove the battery cage complete with engine management control unit.

All versions

Refitting

Fit the battery cage/support in its seating complete with engine management control unit.

Secure the wiring to the battery cage mounting clips.

Tighten the fixing bolts to torque.

Connect the electrical connectors to the engine management control unit.

Connect the earth lead and tighten the fixing bolt.

Refitting

Fit the battery cage/support in its seating complete with engine management control unit.

Secure the wiring to the battery cage mounting clips.

Tighten the fixing bolts to torque.

Connect the electrical connections for the engine management control unit.

Connect the earth lead and tighten the fixing bolt.
