HEADLAMPS
Check the continuity of the line for the signal for the rear geometry sensor from pin 12 of the control unit to pin 4 of the geometry sensor
Check that the supply lead (+5V) for the front and rear sensors (from pin 9 of the control unit to pin 5 of the geometry sensors) is not short circuited to the +12V or to earth
Check that the supply lead (-) for the front and rear sensors is insulated to 12V - Check the continuity of the supply lead (+) for the rear sensor (from pin 9 of the control unit to pin 5 of the sensor).
Check the continuity of the supply lead (-) for the rear sensor (from pin 10 +5 of the control unit to pin 1 of the sensor)
Check the wiring between the front/rear sensors and the headlamp alignment control unit
Check that the resistance between pins 4 and 5 constantly varies as the degree of rotation of the axis of the sensor changes between around 200 Ohm with the axis in the rest position and 1500 Ohm with the axis fully rotated
Check that the resistance between pins 1 and 5 of the sensor is between 1000 and 1500 Ohm
