Change manual gearbox oil

Operation 0010T40 · Vehicle oil and fluids

Position the vehicle on the ramp.

Proceed with the removal Refer to op.. 7055B54 Under-engine guard - r r .

1 Remove the filler cap from the gear casing

2 Undo the oil drain plug and drain the oil fully into a suitable container.

NOTE: Do not disperse the oil into the environment, as indiscriminate dispersal of this product causes pollution.

Clean the drain plugs and tighten them to the specified torque.

Drain plug M22 – Gear casing pads: (Differential side) 2.9 ÷ 4.3 daNm

Refill the gearbox with the specified oil through the filler hole.

NOTE: The table shows the total quantity of oil present in the gearbox.

Product for MANUAL GEARBOX: Oil [l] – TUTELA ZC SYNTH – 2.01

Check that the oil level reaches the bottom of the filler hole, then clean the cap and tighten to the specified torque.

Filler plug M22 – Gear casing pads: (Differential side) 2.9 ÷ 4.3 daNm

Proceed with the refitting Refer to op.. 7055B54 Under-engine guard - r r .

Remove the car from the ramp.
